First steps: from purchase to a published wedding page

The shortest route to a finished wedding page runs through the setup wizard at /admin/setup: pick a starting mode, work through a few short steps, fill in your content in the panel, and publish the page under Settings. Below we walk through each stage - including what to do if you skip something.

Step 1: choose a setup mode

After your first login you land in the wizard. It opens with How would you like to start? and two paths:

• Quick start (about 2 minutes) - three decisions: names, date and look. We set up the rest for you.
• Full setup - all six steps: couple, look, address, venue and RSVP, plus a summary.

You can also click Skip, I will look around the panel - the wizard does not disappear, you can come back to it any time at /admin/setup.

Step 2: work through the wizard

The full setup has six screens:

1. Couple Info - first names, wedding date and time.
2. Look - a ready-made colour and font combination. More options are available later in Settings.
3. Your URL - the address where guests will find the page.
4. Venue - the ceremony and reception, with names and addresses.
5. RSVP - the recommended settings are RSVP open, a confirmation deadline 3 weeks before the wedding, 1 guest per invitation and the guestbook on; click Customize to change them.
6. You're All Set! - a recap and a link into the panel.

Three helpers worth using:

• Every step has a Skip - I'll add this later button, so a missing decision (say, a venue you have not booked yet) never blocks you.
• The Explain everything toggle adds short explanations under the fields.
• A live preview sits next to the form - every change shows up immediately on a miniature of your page.

Step 3: finish the rest in the panel

The dashboard shows the Get your page ready checklist with a progress counter (e.g. “3 of 7 done”). Each row links straight to the right screen:

• Couple and date, Page look, Web address and RSVP configured open the matching wizard step,
• Add your first guests takes you to the guest list - see how to add guests one by one and from a file,
• Fill in your page content opens the content studio with your page's sections,
• Publish your page - the last step before sending guests the link.

You can dismiss the list with Hide the list. If you leave the wizard half-finished, the dashboard shows a Finish setup button.

Step 4: publish

Publishing happens in Settings, under the Publication & Access tab - we cover the whole process, including password protection and the most common problems, in How to publish your page. After the first publish you will see a Your page is live! dialog with ready-made shortcuts: Copy link, sharing via WhatsApp and Email, and Download QR code.

How the trial works

A page created without a purchase runs on a 14-day trial with full access to the features - the wizard's summary shows the exact end date. You can prepare the whole page during that time: content, guests, RSVP. Publishing requires a purchased package - a one-time payment (the Standard package costs 149 PLN), no subscription. Frequently asked questions

I skipped the wizard - did I lose anything?

No. Everything the wizard sets can also be set in the panel, and the wizard itself is always available at /admin/setup. The Get your page ready checklist points you to whatever is missing.

Can I change the wizard's answers later?

Yes, all of them. Names, date, look and venue are edited in the panel, the web address under Settings, and the confirmation settings on the RSVP page - see configuring RSVP.

What order works best?

A proven order: wizard, page content, guest list, publish, and only then send guests the link or QR codes. That way guests see a complete page from their very first visit.
