Easy-read mode for guests: larger text and a shareable link
How guests turn on larger text, how couples copy a ready-made link, and how to print a wedding details sheet.
Easy-read mode helps anyone who wants a more comfortable wedding website: larger text, stronger contrast, and bigger buttons appear with one tap. It is available on every published page and needs no setting in the dashboard.
What a guest sees
On the page, a guest chooses Easy-read mode. The page remembers the choice on that device for that wedding page. The guest can return to the regular presentation at any time. The mode changes no content, RSVP answers, or page settings.
How to send the ready-made link
- Open Invitations in the dashboard.
- For the invitation you want, click Copy easy-read link.
- Paste the link into a message, text, or email for the guest.
The link opens the page in easy-read mode immediately. A guest can turn it off on the page if they prefer the regular presentation. Regular links and QR codes are covered in Invitations and QR codes.
Printed details sheet
If someone does not use a smartphone, open the Print details link next to the control on the guest page. The view contains the couple's names, date, addresses, schedule, RSVP deadline, and contact numbers when the couple has provided them. Use your browser's print command and choose A4.
Do we need to configure anything?
No. Easy-read mode is free and always available. The couple cannot turn it off or assign separate settings to guests. Share the easy-read link or print the details sheet.
