1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Wedding Website Builder platform ("Service"), operated by Hexer - Maksymilian Skórnóg, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service provides tools for creating and managing wedding websites, including guest management, RSVP tracking, photo galleries, event schedules, and related features. We offer various pricing plans with varying feature sets.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including photos, text, and guest information. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload and share such content.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. Guest data you collect through the Service (names, emails, dietary preferences, etc.) is your responsibility as data controller. We act as data processor on your behalf.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to upload harmful or offensive content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Payments and Refunds
Premium features require a one-time payment. All prices are displayed at the time of purchase. Since the Service is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet published your wedding page. Contact us for refund requests.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any loss resulting from temporary unavailability of the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
